LAB intends to provide information as best as possible to share current business information at time of publication. Sources of this information could be from the LAB teams own research, users input because they want to share a business they like and have enjoyed or even the business owner wanting to share their information with the LAB community.
The LAB Community Member
The LAB Community member is anyone that is anyone that registers on the website littleaussiebattler.com.au whether it’s as a directory listing, a forum member or for a purchase.
The LAB Community member confirms that in subscribing that they are a responsible person over the age of 18.
The LAB Community member also takes responsibility for their own actions and does not voice an opinion on behalf of LAB or other members.
LAB has been established with two core purposes
A Business Directory – A business or authorized person of the business may elect to pay a subscription for additional benefits (e.g. a link to the business website). A free listing well generally have details including Business Name, Contact Phone Number and Images if applicable.
Forums – The forums are intended for sharing of information, questions and general use but please note that LAB reserves the right to delete, deny, ban, reinstate users and comments. We will do our best to moderate but we expect that the LAB community will be respectful of each other. A difference in opinion is best discussed in an appropriate manner, please no keyboard warriors.

LAB does not take any responsibility nor endorse the actions and words of community members and if a post is allowed does not represent the opinion of LAB.
For payments of registrations, services, completing the order via this website the client agrees to and is bound by the terms and conditions of Little Aussie Battler.
Automatic Renewals: In the event of a subscription with automatic renewals, the client must advise LAB at least thirty (30) days prior to the renewal date if you do not wish to proceed with the renewal. We will confirm cancellation receipt via return email.
Pricing on this website are subject to change without notice. We will update prices and terms and conditions on the website. We will endeavor to update our members but it is the members responsibility to keep up to date via the website especially in circumstances where a member has not opted in or opted out to receive mailouts.
LAB Services
LAB does and can offer a range of other services which we will make available to our clients and members via the website. We are a business so we categorise our own services to offer to our community. Having said that, we are also happy to share a general category with our members to advertise and share their services whether paid or free.
Non Refundable
Any payments made to LAB are non refundable and if a subscription or listing is cancelled during the course of the year, a pro rata calculation is not provided. However, we are fair and if you do feel that a refund is warranted or are experiencing hardships then please reach out to us at info@littleaussiebattler.com.au for our consideration.
Other General Terms & Conditions
The intent of this website is to share general information in a place that makes it easy for people and businesses to access information in a directory format and unless more specific details are provided by the business owner or an authorized representative of the business, we will not knowingly publish any sensitive information to the business.

Privacy of Information
We will do our best to protect the privacy if information shared with LAB however there may be times where vulnerabilities may occur on the website. As with any website, in general there are plugins which are developed by third parties and if vulnerabilities are detected, are generally good at providing updates which we will do our best to keep up to date for the security of LAB and our community.
By entering and sharing information on the LAB platform, you are given implied consent that this information is either public information or you are giving LAB permission to share this information and make publicly available.
Private Messaging/Messages – While reserve the right to enable or disable this feature at any point in time. If you choose to utilize this feature, please do not share any private and confidential which you may not want to publicise. If we enable this feature, it is simply to help our members better connect directly to each other. Please share sensitive information directly through your own desired platforms such as emails, phone calls or your agreed chosen communications channel.
Credit card information is not stored on our system and is processed through Stripe. For recurring payments, your card details may be stored with Stripe as a payment platform but in no way shape or for do members of the community or even LAB have access to your credit card details. If you do want to cancel a subscription or have any inquiries regarding a payment, please contact us directly at info@littleaussiebattler.com.au and we will be more than happy to assist.
Sharing of Information
LAB is a project by DiGiHUB 360 and related businesses. Your information will be kept confidential within the group and we will not actively or knowingly participate or engage in the selling of your information to third parties.
